Odisha State Cooperative Election Commission (OSCEC) has been constituted in the year 2013 under the provision of Section 28 AA of Odisha Cooperative Societies Act, 1962 for supervision, direction and control of the preparation of the electoral roll for, and the conduct of, all elections to a cooperative society in the State. Now the Commission has introduced a CMS based dynamic website ensuring better accessibility from various devices & browsers, easy content editing facility and effective management of files. With this, one web based Grievance Management System has also been introduced for disseminating information to the right user at the right time, addressing grievances quickly and making the Commission & other organizations more accountable and responsive to conduct election in free, fair and peaceful manner.
